Your initial visit to Orthodontic Associates is an important first step in your journey to loving your smile. At your first visit, one of our doctors will meet with you to determine if orthodontic treatment is right for you or your child and walk you through the orthodontic process. 

 Your first visit to a new doctor’s office can be overwhelming, but our staff is here to make the process as seamless as possible. We will get you checked in and make sure your paperwork is complete before our treatment coordinator brings you back into the clinic. If indicated, we will take radiographs, photographs, and a 3D scan, all of which are comfortable to complete and complementary. The doctor will meet with you, perform an examination, and explain how you may benefit from treatment. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have, and the doctor will discuss different treatment options to achieve your goals. 

If treatment is recommended, our treatment coordinator will work you to schedule the next steps and answer questions about finances and payment options.
